Terms and Conditions

AssignmentMasters.net is operated by PVexperts (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). AssignmentMasters is the name of the service we run on it. These Terms and Conditions are the agreement between you and the Company whenever you use the website or place an order. You accept them when you create an account, place an order or confirm on the order form that you agree to them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

The sections below follow an order from start to finish, so look for the stage you have reached. Questions about any of it can go to support@assignmentmasters.net or to the messages in your account.

Before you order

What you are buying

AssignmentMasters offers custom academic writing, editing, proofreading and related help. Freelance writers do the work, and it reaches you electronically, through your account.

Everything we deliver is model work, intended for research and reference purposes only. You can study it, test your own reasoning against it and use it in your research. How you use it is your decision, and so is keeping to the rules of your school, college or university. We are not responsible for your grades or for what you do with the work. It is supplied “as is”, within the revision, refund and liability terms set out below.

Who can order

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract under the law of the place where you live.

Your account

Each person may hold one account. Keep your login details private, because you are responsible for everything done under your account.

Your contact details must be accurate. A working email address is required, because order updates and delivery notices go there. We also need a phone number, for the times a question needs a fast answer.

Privacy and the emails we send

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Card data is processed by the payment processors described below.

We send emails about your orders and your account. We may also send promotional emails about offers and new services, and you can unsubscribe from those at any time.

Placing and paying for your order

Getting the details right

The writer works from what you give us. Make your instructions clear and complete, and upload the assignment brief, the grading rubric and anything else the work depends on.

The paper type, the academic level and the deadline are yours to choose, so check them before you pay. If you notice a mistake in any of them, tell support at once. The writer works to the academic level set on the order at the moment they are assigned.

We may decline an order, or ask you to resubmit it, when its details do not match its description. One example is a dissertation chapter placed as a two-page essay. Correcting the details may change the price.

The instructions you write and the files you upload are visible to the writer once the order is paid. Keep personal and payment details out of them.

Sources and other materials

Unless you name the sources to use, the writer chooses relevant ones. If the paper depends on particular material, such as a set textbook, lecture slides or your own data, send it early. Your instructions and all sources should reach us within these times, counted from the start of the order.

  • For a deadline of 48 hours to 10 days, within the first 8 hours.
  • For a deadline of 12 to 24 hours, within the first hour.
  • For a deadline under 12 hours, within the first 20 minutes.

Material that arrives later may move the deadline.

Asking for a writer you know

If you have worked with a writer before, you can ask for them again when you order. We may decline the request for reasons of quality or reliability, and we will tell you why. If you insist on that writer anyway, we are not responsible for the quality of their work or for late delivery.

Paying for the order

Work begins only when the order is paid in full. Support may ask for an extra payment, for example when you want more pages, a higher academic level or a shorter deadline. Make it promptly. Until it arrives the order may be delayed, and a delay of that kind is not compensated.

You pay the prices shown on the website when you place the order, and the current rates are on the prices page. Prices may change for future orders. They do not include any fee your own bank charges, such as currency conversion or international transaction fees.

Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and we never see your full card number. Payments go through 3-D Secure or your bank’s equivalent check. If a payment fails with one processor, we may offer you another.

The name on your card statement

Depending on the order, your payment may be processed by one of several billing companies. The name on your card statement may therefore differ from the name of this website. If you cannot match a charge to your order, write to support and we will help you identify it.

Discount codes

Enter the code before you pay, because it cannot be added once the order is paid. Codes cannot be combined with each other or with other offers, unless the offer says they can.

Security and verification

You are responsible for the security of your own card and account. Using someone else’s card without permission is a crime, and we report it.

To fight fraud we may ask you to verify a payment, for example with a screenshot of our charge in your online banking. Other transactions on the screen can be hidden. Anything you send for verification is used only for that purpose and deleted once the check is complete. If verification holds up the work, we set a new deadline when it is done. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if you do not cooperate with verification.

Our other websites

Payments may be taken, and orders and accounts serviced, through other websites and payment pages operated by the Company. These Terms apply to your order wherever it is serviced, and your login works there as well.

While your assignment is in progress

The messages in your account are the official channel for your order. Check them while the work is under way, because the writer or support may need an answer that only you can give. We may also contact you by email, and by phone or messaging apps where you have given us those contacts.

Your account shows the stage the order has reached, such as awaiting payment, in progress, completed, in revision, on hold or canceled, though the labels it uses may be worded differently. An order goes on hold when work has to pause, for instance while we wait for something from you, and the reason will be in your messages.

You can ask the writer for a draft. We cannot promise one on deadlines of 3 to 48 hours.

Once a writer is assigned, any change that goes beyond your original instructions counts as editing. Editing is a paid extra, not a free revision, and support will ask for the extra payment before that work is done.

When your assignment is delivered

The deadline you choose is the target for the first delivery, and we work to meet it. If we expect a delay, we will tell you, and you can object in writing. A delay you accepted does not entitle you to compensation. Deadlines apply to the first delivery only, and revisions run on their own timing.

We upload the finished work to your account and may email it to you as well. Not downloading it is not a ground for a refund.

Originality and plagiarism reports

Each paper is written for its own order. Freelance work is checked before delivery, but small incidental matches with existing texts, such as common phrases, can still occur.

A plagiarism report is an optional paid extra. You get one report per order, not one for each revision. Editing, proofreading and formatting are applied to your own text, so we do not guarantee that text is free of plagiarism.

Rights in the delivered work

Once the order is paid in full, the Company grants you a licence over the delivered work, exclusive, perpetual and worldwide, to use it for your own study and research. We do not publish it, and we do not sell it on to anyone else as their paper.

The price of the order covers the work of researching and preparing the material and the licence you get over it. Before full payment, and where a refund or a reversed payment takes that payment back, the rights stay with the Company and there is no licence.

We do keep our own copy of the work. It is used only for our records, for answering a claim about the order and where the law requires, for no longer than our Privacy Policy allows, and nothing else is held back from your licence.

Revisions after you receive the work

Free revisions are a courtesy that brings the work into line with your original instructions. Ask for one within 14 days of the first delivery. The window is 30 days for dissertations, theses, research and thesis proposals, dissertation chapters and other large assignments. After the window closes, revisions are paid.

A revision request has to stay within the original instructions. Anything new counts as editing, which is paid, or as a new order. Our quality team may decline or limit revision requests that change the original requirements or amount to abuse. The fastest revisions come from requests that quote the instruction the work missed.

Money back and store credit

Send any cancellation or refund request in writing, through the messages in your account or by email to support@assignmentmasters.net. How much comes back depends on how far the order has gone.

  • Before a writer is assigned, you get a full refund.
  • After a writer is assigned, while the work is in progress, you can have a refund or store credit of up to 60% of the price, depending on the time elapsed and the urgency.
  • If the order is on hold and the writer has not finished, up to 60% is possible, depending on how much of the work is done.
  • If you change the order details before completion in a way that lowers the price, you receive store credit of up to 50% of the difference, depending on the change.
  • If the order is late and you agree to extend the deadline, the price is recalculated for the nearest deadline option, and the difference, up to 20%, is refunded or added as store credit.
  • If a late order has already been downloaded and you ask for a lateness refund afterwards, you receive store credit only, up to 20%.

A complaint about quality must reach us within 72 hours of delivery, with specific reasons and examples from the paper. The quality team reviews it and may ask you for more evidence.

No refund is given in these cases.

  • You cancel the order after it has been completed.
  • No request reaches us within 72 hours of completion.
  • A quality complaint gives no specific reasons or examples.
  • The order was late because materials were missing or we could not reach you.

If you receive a full refund, or the payment is reversed, after the work has been delivered, the licence you were granted lapses, the rights in the work stay with the Company and you may not use it.

Store credit given as compensation cannot be refunded to your card. It expires if it has not been used within 365 days of the day it was added.

How far our liability goes

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost grades, admissions or time.

Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, tell support first, in writing, within 30 days of the problem. Give the details and attach any evidence you have. We acknowledge a complaint within 5 business days and send our decision within 30 days of receiving it, applying these Terms and the time limits in them. If talking it through does not settle the matter, we may propose mediation by a neutral third party.

When these Terms change

We may change these Terms. Any change is published on this page with a new “last updated” date, and it applies to orders placed after that date.

Which law applies

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Company is registered, and any dispute that goes to court is heard by the courts of competent jurisdiction there. The service is aimed at particular markets. If you use it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and must follow your local law.

The rest of the agreement

If we let one breach of these Terms pass, we can still act on the next. If any clause is found invalid, the rest of the Terms still apply. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policy they link to, are the entire agreement between you and the Company.
